Book Who You Want, When You Want

Starting Sept 1, 2019 - Pixilink is Transitioning To Serve You Better

What does that mean? You'll now be able to book shoots (even on weekends) with your favourite photographer giving you full control on marketing your listing.

Photographers will operate as independent operators on the Pixilink platform, the same as how you've already been booking BC Floor Plans, Excelsior, Absolute, Keyplan, Onikon and AllTheRage.

Additional Updates:

  • We will no longer provide bookings over the phone or email, but don't worry, we'll have you covered, we will be providing in depth articles and videos to help you and your staff do everything you need to do on our website and app. 

  • Phone/online chat support is available to help you with installing the app & account problems during office hours.

  • Expect faster availability and more appointment choices

  • All of your media is still delivered through our media link.

  • Expect the same level of Pixilink quality that you are used to by booking TruHDR products processed using the proprietary Pixilink editing engine with natural colours.  

  • You will receive a text message on the day of your appointment with the providers contact info.

  • Turnaround time for most products will still be end of next day or earlier. 

  • Feature Sheets Generator will continue to be Free!

  • Photographers will be able to give you ETA right on the jobs.  

  • Ability to book weekend and evening appointments. 

Next Steps:

  • Download the Pixilink App, if you haven't done that yet (Links Below).

  • Our App is not much different than PayByPhone or SkipTheDishes

  • Sign in.  If you do not remember your login, click forgot password and enter your email address

  • Check your email and click on the link to set your new password.

Once Logged In

  • Click On The PINK + button on the bottom right to make an appointment.
